Holly Beck Surveying was established in late 2003 and became certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the North Dakota Department of Transportation in March 2004. In October 2004, our firm became incorporated as Holly Beck Surveying & Engineering, LLC. We carry a Certificate of Commercial Practice from the ND Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors to practice engineering and surveying in the state of North Dakota.
